Optional Coverage COPA recognizes that some members have specialized risk exposures that require insurance coverage in addition to those offered through the basic Silver and Gold Wings programs. Through Marsh, COPA members are offered enhanced coverage for a full spectrum of aviation-related risks.

Additional coverage available includes:

	Premises Legal Liability Inclusion Endorsement (In respect of hangars located in Canada only) If you own, rent, or lease a hangar in Canada for private use only, third party bodily injury and property damage legal liability coverage may be purchased. You may purchase a limit of $1,000,000 any one occurrence for a flat additional premium of $175 or a limit of $2,000,000 any one occurrence for a flat additional premium of $275. Damage to third party aircraft is limited to $250,000 any one occurrence. This extension of coverage is only available to policyholders who have also purchased aircraft third party liability coverage under the COPA Silver Wings or Gold Wings Plans.
	Competition Aerobatics Legal Liability Endorsement If you participate in an aerobatic competition in Canada, third party bodily injury (excluding passengers) and property damage legal liability coverage is available for an additional premium. The maximum limit of liability available is $1,000,000 per occurrence. To obtain coverage, full details of the competition and your participation must be submitted to the insurer for approval and determination of the additional premium charge. Upon specific request, airport authorities and municipalities may be added as an additional insured.
	Formation Flying Legal Liability Endorsement (In respect of F.A.S.T. or SWIFT Compliant Training Program only) This endorsement is available if you have completed a F.A.S.T. or SWIFT training program and require coverage for an aerobatic flight consisting solely of "trail and rejoin" manoeuvres flown as part of a F.A.S.T. or SWIFT compliant training program or aerobatic formation flight practice. Third party bodily injury (excluding passengers) and property damage legal liability coverage is available for an additional premium. The maximum limit of liability available is $1,000,000 per occurrence. To obtain coverage, full details of the aerobatic flight must be submitted to the insurer for approval and determination of the additional premium charge.
	U.S. TERRORISM RISK INSURANCE ACT OF 2002 as amended ("TRIA") Endorsement The COPA Program for both the Silver Wings and Gold Wings Plans does not provide coverage for acts of terrorism. However, with respect to the United States only, the Government of the United States by virtue of the "Terrorism Risk Insurance Act of 2002 as amended ("TRIA")" requires that your insurer must offer you the right to purchase terrorism coverage for losses arising out of acts of terrorism as defined in Section 102 (1) of the Act, as amended. Coverage applies only to an “Act of Terrorism” occurring out of exposures within the United States. TRIA Coverage is optional. However, in the Silver Wings Plan application form and the Gold Wings Plan quotation form there is a section which you must complete as to whether you accept or decline this coverage.
